Description of the assignment

NUVIA UK are currently recruiting for a professional Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. We are seeking an individual on a permanent basis, based out of either our Warrington or Harwell (Oxfordshire) office.

 

Purpose of the job

One of Nuvia’s fastest growing business units is our Technical Services & Consulting (TS&C) team and to further aid and accelerate this trend, Nuvia is looking for a professional Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Recruiter will be fully dedicated to internal stakeholders needs and duties. Working alongside both the recruitment team and the TS&C management team, the individual will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and assessing qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the department’s array of nuclear clients across the UK.

 

This is a fast-paced, dynamic and high-volume recruitment role, for which full training is provided. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to pursue a career in a professional and rewarding environment.

This is a permanent opportunity and can be based out of either our Birchwood Park office in Warrington or our Harwell office in Oxfordshire.

Recruitment Business Partner

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • To source talent for the wider recruitment function. Building talent pipelines, proactive searches for future requirements and identifying talent.
  • Conducting initial pre-registration phone calls & maintaining regular communication with candidates.
  • Build strong relationships and work alongside Technical Leads within the business, to fully qualify positions and understand resource needs.
  • Assist the wider HR team in the delivery of an excellent on-boarding experience for new starters.
  • Support candidates through the security clearance process, both internal and external processes.
  • Being on hand to assist with arranging interviews, SQEP calls etc.
  • Account management, attending qualifying calls with Hiring Managers and Technical Leads.
  • Advertising and managing vacancies.
  • General administration duties.

 

Profile

Occupational Skills and Knowledge:

  • A proven background of Recruitment within Engineering or a Technical Market.
  • Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • A positive outlook.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
    Good IT Skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Well organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise.
  • Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a faced paced environment.
