Purpose of the job


The Recruitment Coordinator will report to the Recruitment Business Partner with primary focus on assisting all recruitment needs across the Consultancy business unit of Nuvia UK.

Key Accountabilities
·        The ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and to work with the key stakeholders within the Consultancy department of Nuvia.
·        To work on numerous vacant roles across a variety of disciplines to provide Consulting excellence to clients. Vacant roles can range from Engineering to Senior Technical positions in line with demand for resource on in flight and future projects.
·        Operate to the full requirements of Nuvia’s Recruitment Process
·        Create job descriptions and adverts in line with the stakeholder’s requirement and in line with Nuvia branding and protocol.
·        To help create talent lists, talent mapping and benchmarking exercises in line with the stakeholder requirement to understand resource options and constraints to be overcome.
·        To identify new routes to market for individuals and help integrate with ongoing recruitment searches
·        Act as the primary point of contact for all general recruitment queries from candidates, new starters, hiring managers, employees, and non-employees for recruitment within the Consultancy division
·        Assist the wider HR team in the delivery of an excellent on-boarding experience for new starters, including delivering exceptional recruitment support
·        Ensure roles are posted quickly and efficiently through Nuvia’s recruitment system as well as on external job boards/social media applications

Occupational Skills and Knowledge
·         A proven background of Recruitment within Engineering or a Technical Market
·         Educated to GCSE or equivalent level within English and Mathematic


Duties and Requirements

·         Ability to build rapport with a wide cross section of people and maintain good working relationships
·         Great team working skills
·         To recruit with Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at the forefront of every campaign
·         Exceptional understanding of deadlines, turnaround times in a faced paced environment
·         Well organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise
·         Ability to communicate information effectively
·         Tact and discretion when dealing with senior stakeholders and confidential information
·         Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
·         Good understanding and experience of working in a changing, faced paced environment
·         A basic knowledge of good HR practice including recruitment administration and security
·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and outlook
·         Previous Coordination and Administrative Recruitment experience within an Engineering environment
·         To assist the wider Recruitment team within busy periods
·         A brief understanding of the updated legislation surrounding VISA’s, IR35 and Security
·         To assist in managing a Preferred Supplier list of Recruitment agencies
