Finance Administrator / Credit Controller

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata

NUVIA UK are actively recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This opportunity is available on either a full time or part time basis.

 

Responsibilities include

  • Taking full ownership of managing and collecting outstanding debts via email.
  • To build strong relationships with all NUVIA clients/customers to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
  • Processing customer credit notes
  • Report to the Finance Business Partner on ledger activity.
  • Maintain accurate customer data across systems including payment terms.
  • Prepare and submit aged debt report and cash allocation forecasts.
  • Finance administration support to the wider team when necessary.

Profile

 

Skills/Experience required.

  • Previous experience within credit control is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience of managing a large volume of customer accounts.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
